• Mask out the land, do color adjustments on the water and sky
• Quick selection tool on the sky and water
• Lasso to fix it up
• Select, inverse
• Mask
• Use black and white to adjust mask
• On sky layer
  • Brightness/Contract
  • Brightness 100
  • Contrast Ignore
  • Adjustment clips to the layer button
  • Select water, select, inverse
  • Mask
• On water layer
  • Brightness 50
  • Make bluer: Hue/Saturation
  • Color Balance: a little to Cyan and a little to Blue, Cyan -28, Blue +23
